Two seventeen story residential towers
The curtain wall façades by “Schuco” Germany, include apartment units with tilt-turn windows, as well as single wing sliding doors integrated into the curtain wall façade with a common rail.
Opening the door outward is accomplished with a designer handle and a wheel system (made in Germany) for easy, smooth movement.
The sliding doors were drawn from profile curtain wall façade look-alike coverings at the perimeter and integrated into the curtain wall façade as an integral unit.
The insulation glass in the project is with the shading of an electric Venetian shutter that is combined with the smart home.
