Sky Tower is a prestigious 37,000-m² thirty-two story office tower (plus 3 operation floors). The Sky Tower is clad with floor-to-ceiling glass curtain wall façades. The tower has three types of curtain wall façades: Curtain wall façades with horizontal and vertical lids; curtain wall façades with lids + vertical bull-noses, and structural curtain wall façades. The curtain wall façade has a smoking balcony on every façade, every four floors. The balconies consist of painted steel with a glass railing. Some commercial places continue into the tower with some floors protruding outward. The cladding is accomplished with insulating glass and iron doors interleaved with aluminum composite panels. A decorative steel beam is planned for the main lobby for dividing the space. Aluminum pillars rest on it; under it is a 3.20 m electric revolving door, is placed for the public to quickly enter the lobby space.
