Thirty-one story office tower in the center of Tel Aviv. Klil’s 8300 System with “smart” insulation glazing includes glazing the vertical and horizontal “boxes” of 4 mm aluminum composite panels, using profiles specifically designed for the project. A 9 m-high pergola is installed on the building roof, at level 130 m, including a perimeter beam with internal ones all clad in paneling.
