An entrepreneurial building built as a green structure advocating the environment. It consists of a shell with a semi-structural glazed curtain wall façade featuring prominent exterior horizontal lids and red bricks creating a warm European look for an industrial manufacturing plant. The building includes a central interior space of approximately 600 m² (718 sq. yd.) covered by a transparent skylight, a space for transparent glass elevators along the height of the building, panel-metal cladding and transparent stairways descending into space from all directions, creating a futuristic look.
