A challenging building that breaks the sharp, high-rise look on the avenue. The building is packed with spatial angles and is circularly constructed with nine floors. It features a structural glazed curtain-wall shell with cascading fields, glazed with insulating Sunergy® Clear glass. In most of these fields, the glass is printed with dotted shapes. The top of the building is shaped like a downward flowing cylinder, built from a curtain wall façade (Double Skin Façade), in the balcony area.
