Office building with 5 tall and spacious floors. As part of the high-tech park behind the Negev Sea,
adjacent to the Ben Gurion University campus,
Kiryat, the IDF's ICT wing, and a train station.
All 2 floors are united by a curtain wall using the "sticks" method made by Extal,
and are rotated from the 2 floors below them in such a way that balconies with a steel railing are formed on one side and tin-clad ceilings on the other.
The impressive curtain walls include vertical shading profiles ("bull-nose") at varying angles,
which emphasize the uniformity between each 2 rotated floors.
On the north and south facades there is an impressive entrance to the atrium
