A four-story building constructed from an outer shell of semi-structural glazed curtain wall façades made by German Schuco, features 220 cm prominent horizontal lids, including ribbon windows integrated with panel-metal cladding. In the middle portion of the building, there is a 200 m² sloping skylight over a steel infrastructure.
