An office tower that has been converted into a four-story hotel, with an outer shell of straight and elliptical structural glazed curtain wall façades. At various locations on the front facade are floor-high hidden hopper windows that can be opened. Some of the curtain wall façades feature an external shade system using aluminum louvers by Schenker Storen, which can be receded into aluminum boxes; ribbon windows housed between exterior panel-metal cladding.
