A prestigious thirty-one-story residential tower that won the 2013 Design Award and reached the final stage of the International Organization’s Tower Competition. The project features structural glazing type curtain wall façades glazed with fully transparent insulating glass (extra clear) with shades inside the glass that rotate at different angles and are electrically operated. The curtain wall façade features windows that are built from a slim profile that is hidden inside the curtain wall façade skeleton and opens inward with electric sliding doors in 370 cm wide spans. On the rear facade, a grid was assembled from aluminum paneling placed in opposite directions, which changes the building’s color as the sun moves.
