A twenty-nine-story luxury residence built from an outer shell of single-story curtain wall façades made by German Schuco, installed on white concrete beams, combining parallel-slide doors and sliding windows, designed for large spans. Therefore, some windows have a security guardrail built as an integral part of the window profiles. The seaward west facade was designed as a vertical facade from a continuous curtain wall façade linking the communal lobby and residential apartments to a symmetrical and balanced building.
